Its that time of year and our summer Sessions are back but with a slight change. This year we’ll be at the cyclopark in Gravesend every Friday except the 22nd August.
This way more of you can join in and it won’t be as hard going as last year. We’ll be there on each Friday from 9am till 3pm. The day will consist of skateboarding and goofing around, much the same as last year. Cost is £35 for the day.
We won’t have exclusivity this year so the skatepark will be open to the general public. Bring your own lunch, drinks and whatever else you fancy. There is a cafe on site if you wanted extra stuff as the day goes on too.
Helmets are a must at cyclopark. If you need to borrow some equipment please let us know when booking so we can arrange provisions.

Skateboard GB, the National Governing Body for skateboarding, recently announced the launch of its Cruiser Award; the first nationally recognised awards programme for first-time skateboarders.
Gnarwhal Skate School is thrilled to reveal that they’re bringing the national awards programme to Medway and Maidstone, giving aspiring local skateboarders the chance to experience the buzz of skateboarding.
Designed for people of all ages, the programme covers the six ‘nuts and bolts’ of skateboarding; stance, balance, safety, pushing, turning and stopping. Through each stage, learners will receive a progress card with information on how to practice their newly mastered skill, plus a sticker for their board or helmet. At the end of the programme, participants will be awarded a Skateboard GB certificate, and will have gained the confidence and the essential skills needed to begin skating independently and progress.
The launch of the Cruiser Award is part of Skateboard GB’s ongoing partnership with Samsung UK & Ireland. With a shared commitment to inspire participation in the sport across the UK, thanks to Samsung UK & Ireland’s support, Cruiser Award coaching packs are available to qualified coaches across the UK, facilitating the delivery of the programme in towns and cities nationwide.
The launch of the Cruiser Award comes at an exciting time for Skateboard GB. For the first time aspiring skateboarders, inspired by the Olympics, will have access to a nationally recognised skateboarding programme, providing a straightforward and enjoyable entry point into the sport.

This October half term, join us at Unit 1 indoor skatepark for a day of skateboarding and games. We have been lucky enough to secure this awesome facility for the day for just ourselves.
The day starts at 9am and will finish at 3pm. Myself (Rick), Chris and Drew will be on hand all day to help you all out in learning new tricks and taking your skateboarding to the next level. Cost is £35 for the day.

This summer, 12th Aug – 16th Aug, join us at Cyclopark, Gravesend for our first ever summer camp. 5 days of skateboarding alongside other activities at a truly unique skatepark. We will be at the park from 9am till 3pm, daily, with an option to join us early at 8am or stay with us later till 4pm for ease of pick ups and drop offs.
Prices are as follows:
1 day 9am till 3pm – £35
1 day 8am till 4pm – £45
5 days 9am till 3pm – £150
5 days 8am till 4pm – £180
Early start/finish – additional £5 per child per hour
Each day will consist of the following:
9am till 12pm – private use of the skatepark. No other user outside our group will be permitted to use the skatepark during this time
12pm till 1pm – Lunch break. We advise that everyone brings there own lunch and drinks. There is a cafe on site if required and food can be purchased from here if needed.Please let us know beforehand if you want to use the cafe.
1pm till 3pm – More skateboarding/ other activities. This part of the day we would have to share the skatepark with the general public. Whilst this is going on we will have some other activities going on, such as skateboard maintenance, design a deck etc.
It will be an awesome fun filled day. Helmets are a must at cyclopark regardless of age. We have equipment to lend out to people if needs be. Please let us know in advance if you require any.
